XP Boosts....gone

With this problem with BF6 not working due to EA not knowing that all EA app users in game downloads are not working making the game unplayable another problem has happened XP boosters that came with the Phantom pack are counting down and with out the ability to play they are now wasted and lost because of the massive problem you have with all your customers that prepaid on the EA app not being able to take part in any games on BF6, how do I get the XP Boost back???
