Ultimate Team H2H crashes Game

When I did the Ultimate Team tutorial, all my online game modes disappeared. I can’t play anything. Someone please help me.

I’m posting this because I’ve exhausted every troubleshooting step that EA Support has recommended, and the issue is still happening.

Platform: Xbox Series X

Game Mode: College Football 27 Ultimate Team – Head-to-Head

Issue:
While playing H2H, I’ll randomly disconnect from the EA servers and get sent back to the main menu. My Xbox never loses its internet connection, and my network remains online. It appears that only my EA session disconnects, but the game still records it as a loss.

Troubleshooting I’ve completed:

• Reinstalled the game multiple times.
• Cleared reserved space.
• Verified my NAT type is Open.
• Confirmed my internet connection is stable.
• Changed my EA account password.
• Disabled and re-enabled two-factor authentication.
• Power-cycled my console and network equipment.

None of these steps have resolved the issue.

I’ve already contacted EA Support multiple times. My case was reportedly escalated to the development team, but I’m still experiencing these disconnects and receiving unfair H2H losses.

I’m posting to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. If you are, please comment with:

• Your platform (Xbox, PlayStation, or PC).
• Whether it only happens in Ultimate Team H2H or other online modes as well.
• Whether you’re also being returned to the main menu and given a loss.

If anyone from the EA development team sees this, I’d appreciate an investigation into whether this is a server or account-related issue. I’m happy to provide additional details, including the approximate times the disconnects occurred, if that would help.

I'm having the same issue on my PS5. I've tried everything to fix it, yet it still happens occasionally. 

Send a picture of your line up by chance maybe it’s card??? In the lineup? 

We're having an issue where if we play in squads, in any mode be it challenges or H2H, we get crazy lag at the end of the play when it should be switching to play selection and the game hangs. It causes us to lose any H2H squads we play and you basically have to alt-f4 to get out. 

In Ultimate team I does not give me a head to head option whenever I click on the play option my only choices are challenges and solos it say to complete orientation to unlock other modes so I did that and still can not play head to head 

When I click head to head in cut my game crashes immediately and gives a black screen glitch. I can play events and squads but not head to bead . So. I go on my brothers account same Xbox and it works just fine for him. Any fix ???

not able to play h2h for wtv reason every mode works perfectly fine even being able to do auction house and solo challenges but cant play h2h it crashes and kicks me out of the whole application

if anyone knows how to fix it pls lmk

im not able to play h2h or ranked every other mode works super fine i can even play solo challenges and buy packs but when i click on h2h it freezes and kicks me out how do i fix this i spent money but cant even play the h2h mode i play on pc and my ea user name is xm6c3bi2nsdf
