Crashing mid-session

My game crashes everytime i play. I'm on Xbox series S and for example while driving the screen turns white but the sounds get stuck in one place and i can still see the data displayed, then after a few seconds the game crashes. When i launch the game again there is a report code in the pause menu, its not always the same one, last one was XHCX-RPSA-BKJS-GJJG. It all happens in the career mode, my team career more specifically.
