I pre-ordered F1 25 iconic edition and started playing it today (27May) but I have 0 pit coins showing instead of the 18,000 I was supposed to receive. I restarted my PS5 several times but never received them. How can I get my pitcoins? Please assist!

Just restart the game, quit it from quick resume. Start the game since the beginning
I did, I even deleted the entire game and reinstalled twice but still no pitcoins.. I wish there was a customer support team to assist for this game..
I purchased the iconic edition as well on playstation and was charged the full price but only received the standard edition with no additional content. If I try and choose iconic edition its asking for the full price again and I have contacted sony multiple times with no help at all.
What a bunch of crooks! I hope it’s just incompetence at this point because otherwise they just deserve to lose their license and go bankrupt..
