2 Player Career (sprint weekend?) qualifying

An issue where in 2 player career mode, we noticed specifically on sprint weekends - Brazil and Lusail - that for both the sprint and the Grand Prix, our qualifying meant nothing since we qualified fairly highly mid title fight, and for the starts we got sent to the back half of the grid, without either of us having penalties. Kinda a terrible way to end the season.
