Account suspended for no reasson

Hello, i would like to report this as it is a huge problem in my opinion. So basically, i bought ea play subscription to play f1 25, on PC ,not xbox or playstation, i heard you have to pay to acces online services. I tried out the game and a sale came up, so mid subscription i bought the game, online still worked until it expired. I ve tried several hours and agents to talk to but they seem to just ignore this , try to help me,discuss with the team they say, in the end to just say "in order to acces the online game feature u need to pay for the subscription" and that what i bought its acctually just the base game ,like what??? i ve searched on google and no, it says that u can play the game online on pc atleast as long as u pay for it , and it frustrates me that no one takes my concern into consideration,i already have 50 hours and cant refund the game to buy it on another accoun ,and that now support doesnt help me i dont know what to do ,so please leave suggestions . Also question ,would the online work if a buy the game on a new account? without a prior subscription, thanks . Speaking for the manager dont come with the message to contact support ,i already tried , maybe forward this as i am not the only one with this problem, thank you
