Ai difficulty bug 2 player career mode

When playing two player career mode the AI is way slower than what it should be. Previous editions we played on 70-80 AI difficulty. Now we started on 70 and in the first free practice we notices that we were way quicker than the AI so before qualifying we bumped it up to 80. When qualifying we were 4 seconds quicker than the fastest after us. We started a new career at the same difficulty and were 6 seconds quicker. It seems like the AI is on 20-30. We have this problem on 2 different saves.
