Tire wear I'm not quite sure if they are affected or not, I believe that's the only thing they are indeed affected.
I've got an overlay now that displays the ERS percentage of everyone on track, it seems that the AI never really get to that lower ERS to even compare that. The minimum I've seen them get is about 20%. They recharge their battery to fast, but I believe that is due to the fact that they sometimes use no deployment to recharge faster, instead of something broken.
No tire temps are the main problem. And have been for a LONG time. I've mentioned this since 2020 in all forums. If they do not get affected by tire temps the same way as the player, they simply will have perfect tire degradation and grip/traction. That's why I believe they are indeed affected by degradation, but with the perfect grip, traction and temperatures, they suffer WAY LESS than the player.
The same applies to dry to wet or vice-versa. In the first example, your tires start to get to cold while their tires maintain the temperature, thus the grip. It needs to be patched, but I believe this will only be able to be fixed with a new game.
