The Ai is completely broken! (Which in career and my team means that the racing is broken). The Ai at race starts are slow, the ai on the corners are extremely slow and then on the straights they are insanely fast. In the wet weather they are far far too fast.
This needs sorting ASAP! It’s a racing game and unless you aren’t against Ai you can’t properly race because it’s broken!🤦🏼♀️
It's honestly unbelievable that this issue still hasn't been acknowledged.
I own the game, but I can't properly enjoy the offline career mode because the AI is completely unbalanced between dry and wet conditions. In the dry, the AI is far too slow — at Monaco, on 110 difficulty, I'm able to gain two full seconds per lap. That completely kills the challenge and the fun. It’s just unplayable like this.
Who knows how long we'll have to wait for a fix, especially since it's a complex issue and they haven’t even started addressing it yet.
I have a feeling it won’t get fixed this year either.
You should know:
APX GP and Konnorsport are bugged. Upgrades dont apply to the car. you will notice this later in your carrer at race 6, 7 and 8 since you car stays the same. I wonder why nobody has noticed that yet.
I completely agree and your right the only way the game is a little bit more enjoyable is online when your not up against ai. Hopefully they short out that issue before anything else even if it the only thing that gets done in an update 🤞🏻the first update but I doubt it.
More than likely not. It’ll probably get sorted a few months before f1 26 is due to be released🤦🏼♀️😂. Hopefully it will be soon though, not much point in a racing game where you can’t race properly.
I haven’t actually notice that yet but thank you for pointing it out, I’ll make sure to keep an eye out for that now and report any more bugs and issues that I find.
I didn't see anything fixing the AI or updating team performance in the patch notes that will be released next week.

The AI's speed in the wet is absolutely ridiculous, the worst part are the traction zones. While I'm fast enough to keep up with the AI in fast corners, I simply stand zero chance against it out of slow corners. Even with full traction control (I play with controller) I have no grip at all while the AI just flies by. In China for example out of turn 13 onto the long back straight I'm like 20-30 km/h slower than the AI and it is simply impossible for me to go any faster.
Yeah AI has a lot of thoruble with corners, at least getting into these, they slow down so much.
But grip out of curved acceleration zones is insane as is straight line speed.
I feel they knew about this and compensated for this by having their straight line speed turn up.
Monaco curve before the tunnel, i guess i got just there at least a second.
