F1 25 AI: Unfair Pace and Traction in Race
Dear F1 25 Development Team,
I'm writing to report a deeply frustrating and game-breaking issue regarding the AI's performance in races, specifically within the Career Mode. The current AI behavior makes the game incredibly unengaging and, frankly, broken for competitive players.
The primary concerns are:
* Excessive Straight-Line Speed: On straights, the AI cars demonstrate an unrealistic pace advantage, making it virtually impossible to even get close to them, let alone attempt overtakes, even with DRS activated.
* Unfair Traction Out of Slow Corners: This is the most glaring issue. In slow corners, particularly those leading onto long straights (e.g., the long left-hander in Miami's first sector, or key corners in Spain), the AI gains an insane amount of time in traction. They appear to have perfect grip where human players struggle significantly with wheelspin, even with optimized setups and precise throttle control. It genuinely feels like the AI is using cheats in these sections.
This isn't a matter of player skill. I understand race craft, setup optimization, and throttle modulation. The problem lies with the fundamental AI balancing in race conditions, which seems to disregard realistic tire wear, ERS management, and traction physics for the AI cars.
This issue severely impacts the enjoyment and realism of the Career Mode. Please, investigate and resolve this critical bug. A proper balance in AI performance is essential for a fair and engaging racing experience.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
