There is no AI mistakes or crashes at all in my save. I am playing my team career, and have reached Canada without any safety cars or red flags, and the only AI retirements are for engine failures. It doesn't seem like a universal problem as I see creators and other peoples saves full of them, but mine none.
It makes the game feel very robotic and a process. No big moments to mix things up like we see in real-life.
