From what I've gathered, the AI's battery use is unrealistically OP.
The correct way IMO to tune 110 AI is to make them stronger in entry- and mid-corner speed (not traction, they are very good at that). Then nerf their straight line / ERS performance.
Also, I feel the AI isn't affected by dirty air enough. Dirty air is a massive part of the game this year for the player (grip, tyre wear, engine temps), the AI doesn't simulate that harsly enough compared to the player. The computer will just fly by you every time they get within DRS, while you have to fight like your life depended on it to even get close with DRS. Overtaking is very difficult because engine temps rise so quickly (not a bad thing if you implement this to the AI as well). Also, like I said, they are too OP with ERS. This is not new for F1 25.
With all this being said, this year's game is a MASSIVE improvement on basically all areas, especially the AI (DRS trains, overall behavior in wheel-to-wheel battles and tyre strategy). Still not where we want to be, but very encouraging steps following a disasterous F1 24 game.
I agree with the majority that 110 AI is way too slow overall, but that comes from them being bad in the corners. On the straights they are way too good, which makes it even more bizarre that they are slow overall. Just very, very poor in the corners I guess.
