Can't save in F1 25

Hi, I need help with F1 25. Every time I launch the game, it shows me the Terms and Conditions screen and the Features overview, as if it's my first time opening the game.

After that, I get a "Load Failed" error.
When I start a career, I receive another error: "Remote Storage Error", and I can't even save the game mid-session.
If I close and reopen the game, everything resets – it's like nothing was saved at all, even though I accepted the terms and conditions already.

It seems like the game can't save any progress or settings.
Can anyone help me fix this? What can I do?
