So I do 100% races on PS5 however I am unable to save I get the message save failed. This only appears to happen during the race. There is no issues with Auto save.

Yeah got the same but i have a solution: go to your settings reset your saved data thats the only solution now for me and it works for me
Do you mean that we have to reset any data in the PlayStation settings, right? Not in the game?
