Can't Use Clutch

I can't use my clutch and can't start any races on manuel. I use moza GS V2P GT Wheel. On F1 24 I could you my paddle clutches but now nothing working. On the controller settings it says on the pedal tab that I need to use my clutch pedal and on my wheel settings the clutch paddle. Hope this problem can be resolves.
