In Career Mode, after completing a session (either Practice or Qualifying), the usual post-session summary screen does not appear. Because of this, the "Continue" button is missing, and I cannot proceed to the next session. The game remains responsive (music and animations continue), but I am stuck on the screen shown in the attached image. The only way to exit is by force-closing the game via ALT+F4.
This issue has occurred multiple times and consistently prevents progression in Career Mode.
