Controller loses environmental vibration feedback after using and connecting a wheel.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the game using DualSense controller
2. Activate / connect Logitech G29 wheel
3. Switch back to controller
4. Environmental feedback (vibration) is gone
Expected result:
Controller vibration should work normally after switching back
