crashing on startup

At first the game did boot up and it was set on AMD intergrated graphics, i put the graphics quality to very high before switching to my main GPU (rx 7700) and the game crashed. I put my computer on a much poorer resolution so the game could run, again i got into settings and have set that the game should run on rx7700. After that i returned my resolution on the pc itself to 1440p and the game crash. now the game at best boots up, gives me a black screen and after about 15 sec crashes while steam is still saying the game is running. I have the newest drivers i tried lowering the resolution again i tried reinstaling, nothing.
