I play on ps5 i am trying to join anyone online lobby while having crossplay enabled it keeps giving me an error code PP65539 and says failed to join session this is only happens to crossplay allowed...

any updates? it’s been over a month now there still isn’t any fixes? it isn’t an issue that i am only facing there are many other people that are facing the same issue

Our team has been looking into this, and the error code specifically points to a connection block between the PS5 and the game's matchmaking servers. Because this is a network communication issue rather than a direct bug in the game itself, it’s why some players are getting hit with it while others can play normally.
We’ve seen similar server connection blocks on other titles, and players have had success by checking their local router settings. Since the issue is linked to how your network handles game data packets, here is what you can try on your end:
- Disable QoS (Quality of Service) on your Router: If your home router has QoS, DSCP, or WMM packet tagging turned on, try disabling these features in your router’s settings. These settings are meant to prioritize traffic but can sometimes accidentally block the connection to the game servers.
- Test a Mobile Hotspot: To quickly confirm if it's a router/ISP restriction, try temporarily connecting your PS5 to a mobile hotspot. If the game launches fine on the hotspot, the issue is definitely down to a setting on your home network.

i have tried the hotspot from my phone it also didn’t work and i turned dscp off i think it’s a farewell correct me if i’m wrong it also didn’t work so plz any updates or a solve for the issue it’s been 2 months now that i haven’t played an online race
