Ideas
I want to log a formal complaint regarding F125 . I bought the game two months ago and still cannot play it due to ongoing connection failures.
The problem is definitely on the game’s end rather than my local network. I have already tested alternative network setups, including a mobile hotspot, and the issue remains. Meanwhile, every other EA title I own works without any problems.
Paying full price for a game that has been unplayable for two months is unacceptable. Please escalate this issue to your technical team for an immediate fix, or advise on the procedure for a full refund.
