The game no longer allows me to dual develop parts anymore, despite being in phase 3 of my engineering facility and the dual development upgrade being completed well before the end of season 1 ,I can now only develop parts individually

I have the same thing. Idk what to do
I am experiencing the exact same issue on PC Steam. After upgrading the facility, the dual development slot completely disappeared in Season 2. This is happening right now on the new 2026 Season Pack. Even the popular streamer ricky03 ran into this exact same bug during his playthrough, proving it is a widespread issue with the current game build. My Report Code is: KRMZ-KPTP-SLGL-JG2G. Please fix this!
