About 50% of the time ERS shows it is being deployed but never decreases in percentage used, but performance does not increase either. This is with Xbox X using Fanatec Club Sport Wheel and CSL DD wheel base. Will reset in next race but after second lap will do the same as mentioned indicates it is on but no decrease nor any performance increase. Switching from medium, to off, or to hot lap does nothing other than indicates it is in that mode.

I would check your settings, maybe you have the button double assigned.
