Hello, here is DxDiag also. I am experiencing the same issue as Frederick. I have tried on both EA and Steam to see if it was something there to no avail. Tried all of the troubleshooting steps imaginable, it's not windows defender, it's not an antivirus thing, and there is nothing that tells me what's wrong or how to fix, it just doesn't work. I even saw a post somewhere that it might be a monitor thing, so I've tried one monitor, 2 monitors through Displayport and HDMI, Tv through HDMI, tried everything.
