big bug, game not starting. install via steam, not starting

Go to the game files, right click on the .exe of the game and in propreties give them the administrator's rights, same with the .exe of the anticheat in the game files, it worked for me
It never works. Run as Admin never solved anything. If you keep elevating privilege to every app, you'll pretty soon be unsure if your system is compromised. I reckon you probably haven't any AV and disabled Defender?
