big bug, game not starting. install via steam, not starting

I think this is one of the most frustrating elements; all the troubleshooting advice is the same blanket advice given when every game doesn't work, ie repair, run as administrator, check anti-virus. Most of them never work. Since my first post, I've refunded the game and won't be buying it back unless this issue is resolved in the next few days. Good luck to you on finding your fix.
The expectation that blanket "troubleshooting" (I dont even consider it that) is what needs to be done is aggravating because everyone and their dog does it knowing it wont work. I have it through EA Pro so cant even refund it as much as I would like to.
The fact they want a DxDiag makes 0 sense, what does you knowing my system specs and monitor specs have to do with that their game is broken? The communication is a joke here, I have a better chance at going to mars then I do getting anything remotely useful from an EA Employee, and they will just sit here and do nothing and watch as the community continues to get RIGHTFULLY upset.
The fact that their anticheat DOESNT HAVE AN OPTION FOR F1 25 is such a slap in the face. Happy to be reminded why I dont give these clowns my money.
Especially as I only want to play MyTeam! I should be able to just play the game in singleplayer modes and not have to use the anti-cheat.
