There has been plenty of info given Steve. This is dumb at this point. Certain people get one-on-one help from Devs, others don't. You can't legitimately be trying to push this back onto the end user right? or are you just confused as to what customer service is? This is a load of absolute crap. You haven't even provided decent guidance. You've just continued to tell us to go to files and find stuff that NONE of us have because the game refuses to launch, now thats not your issue or fault but don't sit here and be condesending when plenty of us are trying to help, have offered to provide any and all information requested and we've gotten silence. So yeah, quite a few of us are rightfully upset. This should not be a "he has other query" thing. THIS SHOULD BE TOP PRIORITY. Stop trying to back up a company that released a game that DOES NOT WORK
