I have the exact same issue you are talking about. Details: I bought the game on windows steam, had like 9 hours playtime when the issue started, had the same problem at f1 24 and my parts are
-CPU:AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
-GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
32 gigs of ram and like 400 gigs of NVME storage left
