F1 25 - Instant crash at gamestart

how many more dxdiag.txt's do you want before it goes from "needs info"

Sorry to those who've asked for a fix, I've not been checking the forums since I had my issue solved! I've copied the exact message I received below for others to try and fix. Apologies again for the delay in response! KingAuxaz​ MemZ561​ AzizGamer81​ 

"Could you please try renaming this file 'c:\windows\system32\gfsdk_aftermath_lib.x64.dll' to  'gfsdk_aftermath_lib.x64.dll.backup' and try launching F1 25 again." 

Once again, sorry I didn't share this sooner. Hopefully it fixes some people's issues!

i had this problem too and tried everything.  i was about to get a refund through steam.  my documents folder points to my NAS.  i changed it to be my local drive (c drive) and not the NAS and now the game runs for me with no problems.  i had no problem with F1 19-24 with my documents folder being on the NAS.  i hate having to change my computer and try all kinds of solutions just to get a game running.  not sure how many people keep their documents on a network drive but if you do, try changing it to a local drive.  this worked for me.  I do hope they fix this particular issue or wish there was a way to specify the save location other than the documents folder so i can get my other documents back.  good luck!

My problem has still not changed. I still have version 1.0125.156 for the F1.exe in Steam.

Apparently Steam is not (yet) delivering the update to 1.03. When will it finally be fixed?
