Hey people, i found a solution. The solution is to disable "Real time protection" from Windows Security, or exclude the EA App folders from it. Aparently, Windows Security interferes with the "Javelin Anti Cheat" , so if you disable the real time protection, it should work. Hope it helped you guys, have fun with the game.

did that, but im not using the windows defender. But excluding it from both didnt help

We have this issue as well.  EA have not been helpful so far with a fix

I don't use Windows Defender and all Files are approved to not blocking. (EA App, F1 25.exe, EAAntiCheat...). But it still crashes...

I seem to have same issue aswell..

I have the same issue with f1 25, game just doesn't start. I also have the same problem with f1 24, I play through steam. I also tried the game through the ea app but the problem perxists. 

I think I tried everything possible.

Ea seems to not care about this problem, what should we do? Cannot even play a game that  I bought

It's really bad. So far, this issue has not been fixed. I found on other EA game forums (such as Apex and FC 25) that some players also encountered the same problem: the splash screen did not respond after reading the progress bar. some players questioning whether it is due to EA's anti cheating issues, while others say it is due to issues with the following three files: "wooting.analogic_rapper. dll", "XeFX_Loader. dll", and "XeFX. dll". I have tried all these solutions, but still have not been successful in resolving the problem. 

Same Here. Even after I installed the latest versions of videocard and BIOS software.
