F1 25 - Instant crash at gamestart

Especially as I only want to play MyTeam! I should be able to just play the game in singleplayer modes and not have to use the anti-cheat.

Just did a fresh install and still the same thing

The same applies to me; countless hours have been wasted trying to resolve the issue. I had about 20 on the game before it started this, and I had about 300 in f1 24 might go for the nuclear option here and completely wipe my PC 

See the attatchments if unsure 

Step 1 Open Documents in your file explorer 

Step 2 open up my games folder and click f1 25

Step 3 Open up hardwaresetting folder 

Step 4 open the harware_settings_config on wordpad by right clicking and pressing 'open with' 

Step 5 once word pad is open scroll down till you find <rt_pathtrace enabled="true" /> 

Step 6 change it from true to false should look like <rt_pathtrace enabled="false" />

Step 7 Make sure you save the word pad then close it down 

Step 8 right click on the harware_settings_config again and scoll down to proporties and change it to a read-only and then press apply 

Close it all down and Happy Racing 

Unfort with a fresh install that folder is gone and the game doesnt make it until first launch, which we cant cant get to

Maybe it would be useful but we don't have a F1 25 folder since the game never started... Any update from EA??? Said that they were investigating...

Same issue after 6 hours of playtime. Nothing fix it. 

FIX YOUR GAME. I've paid a lot of money to not be able to play due to your stupid anticheat implementation

Is there anywhere we can download this folder online? As said earlier in the thread, this folder is only created on first launch and I've not even been able to do that.

Apparently a lot of software like this is interfering. I don't use any, as far as I'm aware. Congrats to you though, enjoy!

Yes, bro! I completely agree with you. The team responsible for Anticheat, like the Sauber team in the 24th season, may have to wait until the release of the F1 26 game to solve this problem.
