F1 25 - Not receiving rewards after Exclusive Events (PS5)

Game Mode: F1 World - Exclusive Events

Issue:

I complete the Exclusive Events normally and I can see the rewards appear at the end of the event. However, when I press “receive/open”, the rewards do not go into my inventory or box. The rewards simply disappear and I receive nothing. This happens every time.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open F1 World
2. Go to Exclusive Events
3. Start any event
4. Finish the race
5. The rewards appear on the screen
6. I press receive/open
7. The rewards disappear and are not added to my inventory

Frequency: Always

Extra info:

PSN is linked to the correct EA Account

Other F1 World modes work normally

Inventory is not full

Restarting the console and game did not fix the issue
