Had the same issue today. I was the one who had the high ratings and now it is all turned around. I’ve had contact with the support desk from EA. They said in can not be turned around. Thats means that me and my friend are now stuck with each others ratings. The help desk said that they will forward the issue to the concerned department. Also they’ve said that they are collecting data from the customers (us) to determine enough customers have had the same issue to get it fixed. With that said, I think it’s best that if you have also got this issue, then contact the help desk to make as many of the issue’s known to them.
