Why cant i move passed the new driver ratings update with i accept the email and accept it in the co op career? It just bugs out and doesnt do anything and i can no longer play co op which is very fr...

There is a workaround. Basically both players need to get to the driver update screen in coop that you cannot get past, then only one person closes the game, reloads, checks their email on the main menu, applies the driver update to their career modes, then rejoin the co-op session. Then the 2nd person does exactly the same, but only after the first person has done it.
You should end up both back at the calendar main screen for co-op after that.

The workaround work, i lost my custom characters tho. so i have to play the team that i have started.
Make sure you have updated the messages in main menu with driver ratings too.
but it helped when we both (player 1 and 2) got stuck in the driver ratings screen. then i hold down the update button all the time (player 1 in my case) and my son force quit the game, and rejoined. and he got it. then i force quit the game, and rejoined while he was waiting for me. and it worked. we lost our custom characters, but could play with eachother. so an half win i would say. Lets hope they fix the issue soon!
