Hello EA, me and my friend where playing our coop career mode like usual, when for some reason after a qualifying session in Canada, it deleted our career mode and swapped it out with somebody’s else. It was our third season and I was on racing bulls, while my friend was one Mercedes. It discounted my friend and when we tried to rejoin it had both of us at McLaren. When I checked standings it said the everybody had no points and that me and my friend had like 20. It was very disappointing for us as we spent a lot of time on that and always loved to play that with each other. The way you guys made it made our experience super fun and enjoyable that we always loved to play it with each other. I just want to let you know so you guys and look to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. And I was wondering if me and my friend could receive a free copy of madden 27 as we both owned 26 and want to try and upgrade. Thank you very much for your time and have a good day.
