F1 25 Game crashing/closing. Unable to play

Purchased F1 25 via Steam yesterday, played for about 2 hours but super laggy and poor quality graphics.  After couple of hours, now cant even load into a race.  Can open the game, get the trailers etc, but the moment you go to play a game, the game freezes and closes back to the Steam page.  I have contacted EA for assistance, to which they directed me here for help/assistance.  Clearly I am not the only person with an issue, but there doesnt seem to be any care for the customers at all.  We have cleared cache, checked graphics drivers etc, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, verified the game files through Steam and are at a loss.  Any guidance or help appreciated.
