Same issue here on PS5.
Team Career mode (2026 season).
After updating to version 1.25, I can't load or continue my saved game — the game crashes with an application error and returns me to the PS5 home screen.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Main Menu
2. Select Driver Career
3. Select 2026 Season
4. Select "team Career in progress"
5. Choose my saved game
Appear the error , with option to report to EA (which I did)
The save was made mid-session, during Free Practice 1 (FP1), before installing version 1.25, and it worked fine before the update.
Thank you just done the update 1.26 all working now. I can get back to my career now. 😀
