F1 25 mid-session crash in Career Mode after recent update (7th September)

Same issue here on PS5.
Driver Career mode (2026 season).
After updating to version 1.25, I can't load or continue my saved game — the game crashes with an application error and returns me to the PS5 home screen.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Main Menu
2. Select Driver Career
3. Select 2026 Season
4. Select "Career in progress"
5. Choose my saved game

Appear the error , with option to report to EA (which I did)

The save was made mid-session, during Free Practice 1 (FP1), before installing version 1.25, and it worked fine before the update.

same problem for me. PC with EA

EA_GroguetEA_cuervo Exact same issue here on PS5 Pro.
Driver Career mode (F1 25 2026 season).

Version 1.25

Driver Career > 2026 Season > Saved Session > Start

Pretty sure 2025 career is impacted, based on what others have mentioned.

Happy to provide any SS, videos etc. to help the fix.

Hey there,

If you are having this issue, please provide us with your save game. In order to do that, please follow the instructions of my colleague EA_cuervo

Thanks for all the details you've provided so far.

The team has one more request to help with the investigation. Could you please put your entire save folder into a ZIP file and send it to us?

You can try attaching the ZIP file directly in a reply here. If that doesn't work, feel free to upload it to Google Drive or another file-sharing service of your choice and send us the link. If you're more comfortable sharing it privately, you can also send it to me via DM.

Thanks again for your cooperation!
