F1 25 Multiplayer Lobby

When I enter a lobby, I cannot establish a connection, and the ping bar remains white. After about 5 seconds, I am transferred to a solo multiplayer lobby without any error message or notification about connecting to online services. It is not an issue with my internet connection, as other games function properly.
