The implementation of DLSS in the game is pretty poor IMO. They've been having issues with it since 2021 and even disabled it for a while during the life cycle of F1 23. I would just turn DLSS off because at this point, I assume it's a limitation of the EGO engine so we're not likely to get a fix until F1 27 comes out on a new game engine.
