Another update.
Updated my Nvidia GeForce RTX5090 to the latest software / driver version which now offers DLSS 4.5 version: 591.74
I have forced on the "latest" DLSS settings in the Nvidia App under Global Settings, again it has made zero difference, another point worth mentioning is that this bug not only affects DLSS frame generation but also when I enable Dynamic Resolution, it also does not work.

Its very frustrating as I am not sure what else I can do, I am seeing owners running RTC5080's getting better performance than me because both their DLSS Frame Generation and Dynamic Resolutions seems to work ok.
