Ideas
I know you probably thought I was joking in my previous message, but unfortunately, I was not. They've been having issues with DLSS and Frame Generation for quite a while now.

Either they can't figure it out, which seems unlikely since it works fine in other EA games, or the EGO engine just struggles with all the modern AI graphics tech.
If you haven't already, you may want to try disabling HDR as I seem to remember that causing some issues with DLSS a while back.
Its a shame that the EA / Codemasters team have not resolved or given DLSS integration more effort / focus, as its quite a big aspect for me and many others. For the time being my workaround seems to be working, I did disable HDR and perform some testing, but it made no difference.
The only way I can get DLSS Frame Generation working is to do the following:
- Launch F1 25
- Go into Graphics / Video Settings
- Change Video Mode from Fullscreen to Fullscreen (Windowed)
- Accept settings
- Run benchmark testing using Bahrain and Wet test mode with FPS counter
- Ensure benchmark test runs at high fps (100-200fps)
Change Video Mode from Fullscreen (Windowed) back to Fullscreen
Run benchmark testing again and ensure that the frame rates are running high, if good, I can continue to play F1 25 at the expected Graphics Settings with high fps.
I have been unable to get DLSS Dynamic Resolution working.
CM_TGK are you aware of my issues?
