F1 25 is honestly one of the most frustrating and broken games I’ve ever played. Not because I’m bad at it — but because I try to play it seriously, and the game punishes me for doing things right.
The penalty system is completely inconsistent: I get a 5-second penalty for defending my line, but the AI can divebomb me, spin me out, and nothing happens to them.
Track limits are random. Sometimes I go wide and it’s fine, other times I get 3 warnings in one lap for absolutely nothing.
Safety Cars are bugged. Sometimes they come out for a small spin, other times you block half the track and nothing happens. If you stop on track, the game ghosts you instantly — so you can’t even affect the race in a strategic way anymore.
Career mode is unplayable in co-op. I got disqualified in qualifying for a tiny reverse move while trying to pit with a broken front wing — after the timer had already ended. No one was on track. That’s just ridiculous.
I lost a race I should have won because my car randomly snapped mid-corner with DRS open — on a corner I’ve taken dozens of times before. The car just spun for no reason. I had the perfect strategy, I was leading, and the game robbed me. Again.
We play this game with passion. We put time, effort, and thought into it. But the game doesn’t reward good racing — it destroys it.
You call it a simulation, but it doesn’t behave like one.
Please fix this.
The potential is there. But right now, it’s just painful.
