I can now confirm as I have resorted to doing it if you dismantle your vehicle parts back to 100 it will make your car much faster.i was very reluctant to do it DO NOT dismantle your team.
I also tested it by putting 900 parts back on which resulted in the car been slow again so untill this problem is fixed I won't be upgrading car parts.it is now fun to drive again as I can keep up with others hope this helps all that are struggling.
Hoping this gets fixed real soon. Such a gamebreaking bug that is now documented so much by so many different people. Not even enjoying F1 World in F1 25 at this point.
So strange to see its not even made a comment about it in the community raised issues thread.
