3 months since this bug was posted, and nothing has changed.
Its a shame that I have to use this car to be competetive against anyone (AI or human).
Its coming in at 550 total tech level, and the car feels quite good, maybe not min-maxed, but still alot better than the 1000 total tech level car.
Please sort this out.
