First of all, the console isn't dirty and doesn't have any problems. It was tested with other, MUCH more demanding games for hours and the fan didn't even speed up or make any noise. I've already cleared the cache, formatted the PS5 with a clean install, reinstalled the game, rebuilt the database, etc.
