Fanatec serious vibration/telemetry issues

I uploaded a bug report a few days ago regarding telemtry issues with my Fanatec, however since then there have been more issues cropping up. Whenever I start a session now the wheel base vibrates constantly unless I switch the vibration motor off and on again. The RPM LED lights also seem to flash constantly, even overlaying on the default RPM lights.

The central display also displays random information, like an ever-increasing lap counter and random speeds when off-throttle.

These are all the issues I've encountered with my wheel since the DLC has released:

  • Wheelbase not having FFB (had to edit FFB in-game, save, and reset to fix)
  • Wheelbase constantly vibrating due to it believing my car was at max RPM at all time (something wrong with backend data)
  • Incorrect telemetry readings
  • Custom RPM lights not appearing
  • Fanatec game-default RPM lights overriding each other

Some of these issues are related to (but not all):

  • Rev-limiter data
  • Wheel lock data

Overall I have no idea what's happening, something has been seriously messed up when releasing the DLC.

My in-game telemetry is set to 2026, 60hz, and the UDP port is the same as what's in the Fanatec App. Even setting it to 2025 does not change anything. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the DLC as a whole, Fanatec GT DD wheelbases or Formula v2.5 rims, or my Fanatec specifically. I can't really enjoy the game without having to deal with these technical issues.

Odd. When I had the 2026 cars it didn't matter if I had 2025 or 2026 UDP it didn't seem to change anything.

At this point I've just turned off telemetry until a fix comes out from either Fanatec or Codies

Yes. When I drove an F1 26 car and had UDP 2026, it worked, but with an F1 25 car and UDP 2026, the displays and LEDs went haywire. That's probably because FanatecApp isn't ready for F1 25 (DLC 2026).

I'm also on the latest one, with fully updated drivers. It's odd cause this has never happened on any other game or even on this one before the 2026 DLC, it's only seeming to happen on 2026 cars specifically.

I also have a Fanatec, and the game runs better with UDP 2025.

What version of FanatecApp do you have? I'm using the latest one.
