having the same issue on pc. playing with dualsense ps4 controller connected via cable. There's a 50% chance in open lobbies/2 player career that my ffb/vibrations just completely turns off. Sometimes disconnecting/reconnecting the controller works. Most of the time it doesn't. Extremely annoying !!! Need a fix asap !!!
