Could be controller running low on battery I had it happen to me when low battery for my x box controller pops up. You just don’t realise until you next ride over a curb.
It’s not, low battery makes it more likely to happen but even with a fully charged pad I lose force feedback frequently in online sessions. It’s also not consistent, sometimes just braking feedback turns off sometimes just throttle sometimes everything bit kerbs and sometimes just everything basically.
