Fix the AI in wet conditions for once and for all

Race a single time against AI in wet conditions and tell the people that it is all ok. You should be ashamed, its been 4 months since game went out and it remains impossible to have a normal dry/eet ...

According to the latest patch notes v1.11 the wet weather issue and straight line speed (acceleration out of corners) will be addressed around mid September. 

It's probably another 4 weeks or so to wait, but at least it's going to be resolved once and for all.

Hopefully resolved once and for all. But I am hopeful and happy that they didn’t give up on it.
