I experienced similar , but not to such an extreme. In my first season of MyTeam, with very little fuel efficiency upgrades I could over fuel by 1.2 laps at most get get to the end of a 50% race with around half a lap of fuel left, with little fuel saving. The second season, with more fuel efficient upgrades I have to put 3-4 laps extra and do a lot of fuel saving in the last third of the race, which has no effect whatsoever as it still decreases. The fuel should level-off or even go back up slightly when I'm lifting and coasting at every suitable breaking zone, but it just keeps decreasing. Needs looking into and fixing.
